About VRI

26 years of operational excellence, delivering results across industries and around the world.

Operational Excellence
Since 1999

Training builds potential. Mentoring delivers results.

Most Lean Six Sigma programs fail not from lack of training, but from lack of guidance when it matters. The right question at the right moment, the error caught before it compounds, the experienced eye that keeps projects on track from kickoff to close-out.

That's what VRI's Master Black Belt mentors have provided for 26 years: hands-on guidance through real projects, delivering real outcomes. It's how we've documented $4.4 billion in client value across 21 countries, under a federally-registered methodology.
